— Our thesis

The AI market in 2026 sells one thing: speed.

Boost, accelerate, multiply. But in an SMB, speed is almost never what decides whether an AI system lasts or fades out. What decides is trust: does the team dare to rely on the agent, or does it quietly double-check everything until the tool is abandoned? Trust cannot be decreed. It is built through three calm moments.

Rémi, co-fondateur de fiine

Rémi

Field & deployment

Rémi leads missions in the field. He knows, concretely, what makes a team adopt an agent — or distrust it until it is left aside.

Product catalogues for a publisher industrialising its sheets, SEO articles for a media company publishing at scale, PDF quote analysis in a firm where hours become minutes.

Rémi quickly sees what really blocks adoption: the blurry process, scattered data, validation that quietly falls back to a spreadsheet, or the agent nobody dares to trust.

At fiine, he keeps the work close to the business: understand the real use, scope small, ship something concrete, then support adoption instead of stacking disconnected automations.

Sébastien, co-fondateur de fiine

Sébastien

Product & method

Sébastien is the product architect — and the one who thinks through AI. He carries this trust thesis into the product and the method.

His work focuses on the product and internal tooling, all the way to the fiine Salon, where every agent action is readable and recovery is clean when something fails.

Fifteen years carrying a B2B SaaS — resto-pro, from zero to three thousand SMB customers, fifty employees, sale in 2025 — taught him to think through the frame and the target before the first line of code.

At fiine, he builds the method, the product and the supervision layer: what lets an SMB see what the agent is doing, understand when it hits a wall, then resume cleanly without starting from scratch.

Together: Rémi in the field, Sébastien on product and method. We take on these projects today without asking the SMB to hire an IT department or sign a large cheque blindly.
