What to know before scoping an AI deployment with fiine: who it is for, how it works, at what pace, and how you stay in control.
Answers
Who is fiine for?
fiine is built for B2B SMBs, especially leaders who want to deploy AI without a dedicated tech team. If you have high-volume, repetitive tasks — data entry, processing files, producing content — and want to automate them without losing control, it's for you.
How does the diagnostic work?
45 minutes over video, directly with one of the founders — not a salesperson. We look at your processes together, and you leave with a clear answer: which tasks can be automated, in what order, and whether it's the right time for you or not yet.
How much does a deployment with fiine cost?
We don't display standard pricing. The cost depends on what there is to automate in your case — no two processes are alike. That's exactly what the scoping step is for. The 45-minute diagnostic itself is free and with no commitment.
How long before an agent is in production?
We move batch by batch, not as one big tunnel project. Scope and pace are set during scoping, based on your processes. You watch each batch progress and decide what comes next at every step.
What happens if the agent gets it wrong?
It stops at the exact point where it's stuck — a missing field, an API that doesn't answer — and notifies you with the precise context: step, record, field. You fix or decide, then it resumes right where it stopped, not from the start. We call this recovery: stop, wait, resume.
Do I stay in control of my systems?
Yes. Every action, every decision and every euro spent is visible in plain language, in the fiine Salon. You see what your agents do and keep control at all times.
Autonomous vs. supervised agent — what's the difference?
An autonomous agent decides and acts on its own, with no human oversight. A supervised agent keeps the human in the loop: it proposes, you validate, and it stops to alert you when it's stuck. fiine builds supervised agents — legible, and cleanly recovered when they fail.
Which regions do you work in?
We work remotely across France. Among others, we are active in the Rhône and Brittany.
